Delete your account
You can permanently delete your GamesScroll account and its personal data at any time. This page explains how, whether or not you currently have the app installed.
Option 1 — Delete it in the app
- Open GamesScroll and sign in.
- Go to your profile, then tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately — there's no waiting period.
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email admin@gamesscroll.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request comes from the account owner and process it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account immediately and permanently signs it out of every device and erases your personal profile data: your email, password, display name, bio, profile photo, banner image, and push notification tokens. Your username and email become available for anyone (including you) to register a new account with.
Posts, comments, and messages you've sent may remain visible to others after deletion — deleting your account doesn't retract content already shared with other people, the same as on most social apps. Delete individual posts, comments, or messages beforehand if you want them removed too.
